​Qualifications:

  • Valid CNA License or HHA Certificate

  • Current Level II Background Screening (AHCA)

  • Must be able to pass required background checks

  • Current CPR

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • HIV / AIDS Certification

  • Alzheimer’s Certification​

  • Job Orientation and Training 

  • Reference Checks with Previous Employers

  • Continuing Education Plan

  • Physican Statement signed by doctor
